Ben Bergman
Executive Chef, Owner/Operator

Ben grew up in St. Marys, Ohio and graduated with a degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University. After a nearly 15-year career in retail management, Ben started to feel like he was ready for a change. Having always loved cooking, Ben started to hone in on his skills in his free time, learning basic cooking techniques until he was able to start making his own creations. Hosting dinner parties for friends and family and posting pictures of his food on social media, Ben was able to create enough of a buzz to get Ruth's to where they are today. A completely self-taught home chef, Ben loves to challenge himself with each new dinner party menu that he creates. When he's not in the kitchen crafting his latest creation, Ben works as the Inside Sales Manager at Crown Equipment. In his free time, Ben enjoys travelling, reading, fitness & yoga and checking out local hotspots (restaurants, breweries and wineries).
